Urgent requirement: we are hiring a garment presser in Berks County, Pennsylvania. Your main tasks: • Press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching • Keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure • Clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents • Spray water or starch to set sharp creases on trousers and shirts What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of fabric types and correct heat settings • Aware of steam iron safety and basic machine upkeep • Able to keep pace with line speed and piece targets Pay around $2,900 per month, based on your experience.
