Immediate opening: kitchen porter (Kano State)

Join our team: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Warawa, Kano State. What we are looking for: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts Day to day you will load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls.
