You will debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day Pay around ₦120,000 per project, based on your experience.
