Immediate opening: we are hiring a butcher in Bay County, Florida. The role involves: • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife Requirements: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
