Bread and bun maker wanted in Kirklees

Vacancy available: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Kirklees, England. You will work at a busy bakery. On a typical shift you will monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Able to work early-morning and night shifts 3+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
