Urgent requirement: we are hiring a butcher in Goronyo, Sokoto State. On the job you will handle: • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case What we are looking for: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
