Gantry crane operator — Edwards County

Join our team: we are hiring a gantry crane operator in Edwards County, Kansas. You will work at a container port and shipping yard. Day to day you will help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone; read and interpret the load chart before every lift; park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift; keep a safe distance from overhead power lines. You should have: • Physically fit to climb ladders and work long shifts • Valid crane operator licence or certificate (CPCS, NPORS or local equivalent) Overtime paid at a premium rate.
