Meat trimmer — Bell County

Join our team: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Bell County, Texas. You will work in a hotel or restaurant butchery. You will monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder. What we are looking for: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Pay around $31 per hour, based on your experience. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
