Now hiring: we are hiring a dent repair specialist in Awe, Nasarawa State. You will be based in a smash repair workshop. What we are looking for: • Good eye for panel gaps and body lines • Able to set up and use a frame/jig straightening bench The role involves read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates; treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection; knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly; MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place; feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray; check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull. 2+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay. We offer ₦145,000 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
