Kitchen steward — Goalpara

Vacancy available: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Goalpara, Assam. The job is at a fast-food outlet. The role involves: • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls We are looking for basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus); willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts; able to stand on your feet for long shifts.
