Kitchen cook — Balanga

Immediate opening: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Balanga, Gombe State. The role involves: • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate Full-time with occasional weekends.
