Now hiring: we are hiring a chef de partie in Bukuru, Benue State. The job is at a fast-food outlet. Day-to-day duties: • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat Ideal candidate: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. We offer ₦230,000 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
