Immediate opening: we are hiring a food and beverage server in Boki, Cross River State. You will be based at a busy restaurant. You should have: • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness Day to day you will take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); upsell starters, desserts and beverages; greet guests, seat them and present the menu; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table.
