Ideal candidate: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers Day to day you will season and marinate meat on request; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
