Immediate opening: we are hiring a dishwasher in Owerri North, Imo State. The role involves empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass. You should have: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred Part-time with flexible hours.
