Join our team: we are hiring an electrostatic spray painter in Clay County, Florida. You will work at an automotive components factory. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process The role involves: • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
