Vacancy available: we are hiring a production operative in Panna, Madhya Pradesh. You will be based on the shop floor of a garment factory. Day-to-day duties: • Feed raw material into the hopper and monitor the flow • Pack finished goods into cartons and seal them • Load and unload materials onto the conveyor belt • Move work-in-progress between stations on a hand trolley • Assemble components according to the work order • Read and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) Ideally you have able to stand for a full 8 to 12 hour shift; experience on a manufacturing or assembly line. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. We offer ₹12,000 per month plus benefits. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Six days a week, one day off.
