Immediate opening: finishing presser (Utah)

Now hiring: we are hiring a finishing presser in Tooele County, Utah. Day-to-day duties: • Fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press • Press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching • Check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots • Operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments • Use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics • Sort bundles by fabric, shade and order number Requirements: • Aware of steam iron safety and basic machine upkeep • Able to operate a steam press, vacuum table and fusing machine 4+ years on the tools preferred.
