Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Dimmit County, Texas. The job is at a powder coating unit. The role involves mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time. You should have: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
