Now hiring: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Jos East, Plateau State. You will work at a café with an on-site bakery. Requirements: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Accurate at weighing and following recipes On a typical shift you will decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe.
