The role involves: • Apply scratch coats and key the surface for the next coat • Clean trowels, buckets and mixers before the plaster sets • Patch and repair cracked, blown or hollow plaster • Float and rule off walls to a flat surface with a straightedge Ideal candidate: • Reliable timekeeping and a strong work ethic • Physically fit for lifting bags of plaster and mixing all day • Knowledge of different plasters, renders and bonding agents Full-time, day shift.
