Earthmoving equipment operator — Lee County

Vacancy available: we are hiring an earthmoving equipment operator in Lee County, Alabama. You will be based on a busy civils and groundworks site. Ideal candidate: • Sound understanding of daily maintenance and greasing • Physically fit for long hours in the cab on outdoor sites Day to day you will inspect tracks, bucket teeth and pins for wear before start-up; work safely around buried services with a banksman or spotter; strip and stockpile topsoil ready for reuse; load spoil into tippers and dumpers cleanly without spillage; keep the cab clean and oil-free and report defects promptly. $2,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
