Now hiring: we are hiring a site dozer operator in Stephens County, Texas. You will be based on a dam or embankment job. Day-to-day duties: • Operate crawler dozers to push and spread fill across the site • Spread imported fill in even layers ready for compaction • Refuel the machine and record running hours • Work to the dig plan and the banksman's signals • Grade and level subgrade for roads, pads and platforms Requirements: • Able to read grade stakes, drawings and site levels • Familiar with GPS and laser machine-control systems • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and uneven terrain A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
