On a typical shift you will stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case. Requirements: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter 6+ years on the tools preferred.
