On a typical shift you will check back during the meal and handle special requests; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad. You should have: • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
