Your main tasks: • Watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement • Check alignment with spirit level, plumb bob and string line • Fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints • Box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations • Fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure Ideal candidate: • Confident working at height on scaffold and decking • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long shifts Pay around ₹13,500 per month, based on your experience.
