You should have: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers On the job you will handle: • Season and marinate meat on request • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts Pay around $5,300 per month, based on your experience.
