Stamping press operator — Doguwa

Great opportunity: we are hiring a stamping press operator in Doguwa, Kano State. You will be based at a white goods manufacturing plant. The role involves watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts; check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges; adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings; carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor; feed blanks into the die and remove formed parts. What we are looking for: • Basic understanding of metal grades and thicknesses • Knowledge of press safety, guarding and lockout-tagout 4+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
