Trainee butcher wanted in Biriniwa

Join our team: we are hiring a trainee butcher in Biriniwa, Jigawa State. You will be based at a busy retail butcher's shop. Day-to-day duties: • Season and marinate meat on request • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled You should have: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • 2+ years experience working as a butcher 2+ years on the tools preferred.
