Urgent requirement: we are hiring a grill cook in Emery County, Utah. The job is at a fast-food outlet. Your main tasks: • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases Requirements: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets Pay around $250 per day, based on your experience.
