Nursery worker • DeWitt County, Illinois

Great opportunity: we are hiring a nursery worker in DeWitt County, Illinois. You will dig over and turn the soil and prepare seedbeds; check and adjust sprinkler timers and irrigation heads; rake up fallen leaves, grass clippings and garden waste; sharpen, clean and oil hand tools and mower blades; cut back tree branches and clear overhanging limbs. What we are looking for: • Good knowledge of common plants, shrubs and seasonal planting • Previous experience as a gardener or in grounds maintenance • Valid driving licence for travel between sites Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
