Meat trimmer — Surulere

Great opportunity: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Surulere, Oyo State. Day to day you will dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights. What we are looking for: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
