You should have: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day Your main tasks: • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Season and marinate meat on request • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled Full-time, day shift.
