Powder coating line operator — Kunchi

We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Kunchi, Kano State. The job is at a fabrication and coating plant. The role involves: • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat Requirements: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
