We are recruiting: we are hiring a head butcher in Akoko-Edo, Edo. You will be based at an abattoir or slaughterhouse. The role involves: • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Season and marinate meat on request • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date Requirements: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. ₦165,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
