Urgent requirement: we are hiring a press operator in Finney County, Kansas. The job is at a busy press shop. You should have: • Basic understanding of metal grades and thicknesses • Knowledge of press safety, guarding and lockout-tagout Day to day you will feed blanks into the die and remove formed parts; carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor; apply die lubricant and keep the tooling clean; fit and check guards, light curtains and safety interlocks before starting; run the press using two-hand controls and foot pedal safely.
