Bakery assistant wanted in Bryan County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Bryan County, Georgia. Day-to-day duties: • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity You should have: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Food handler / hygiene certificate Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
