Waiter — Knowsley

What we are looking for: • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems Day to day you will raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; check back during the meal and handle special requests; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager. £2,450 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
