Earthmoving equipment operator — Marion County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an earthmoving equipment operator in Marion County, Illinois. The job is on a dam or embankment job. Day-to-day duties: • Strip topsoil and stockpile it for later reuse • Rip hard ground and rock using the rear ripper shank • Work to the dig plan and the banksman's signals • Push-load motor scrapers during bulk earthmoving • Backfill trenches and foundations once services are laid What we are looking for: • Willing to work on remote sites and rotating rosters • Valid heavy equipment or plant operator licence Performance bonus on top of base pay.
