Toolroom milling operator wanted in Barnstable County

Join our team: we are hiring a toolroom milling operator in Barnstable County, Massachusetts. Day-to-day duties: • Carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance • Apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed • Read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence • Load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control • Deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery • Measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges What we are looking for: • Able to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T • ITI/NCVT certificate in machinist or turner trade • Good eyesight and steady hands for close-tolerance work Meals and transport allowance provided.
