Urgent requirement: we are hiring a banksman in Leon County, Florida. You will fit tag lines to control and steady suspended loads; secure loads with turnbuckles, chain blocks and lever hoists; coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller; inspect slings, shackles and eyebolts for wear, kinks and cracks before each use; tag and quarantine any damaged or out-of-date rigging gear; establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area. Requirements: • Comfortable working at height and in confined spaces • Sound knowledge of working load limits and sling angles Full-time, day shift. Performance bonus on top of base pay.
