You should have: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards Your main tasks: • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service 3+ years on the tools preferred.
