Immediate opening: we are hiring a waiter in Jefferson County, Washington. You will be based in a five-star hotel. On a typical shift you will restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins; raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table. Requirements: • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems Rotating shifts.
