Dish pit attendant — Akko

Great opportunity: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Akko, Gombe State. You will be based in a hotel kitchen. You should have: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers Your main tasks: • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method 6+ years on the tools preferred.
