Immediate opening: godown forklift operator (Texas)

Now hiring: we are hiring a godown forklift operator in McLennan County, Texas. You will work at a container loading yard. You will pick and put away stock against pick lists and the RF scanner; keep gangways clear and observe the site speed limit; charge the forklift battery or change the LPG cylinder safely; position the forks square and tilt the mast to secure the load; log damaged pallets, leaks and faults in the defect book; transport raw materials and finished goods between bays. You should have: • Accurate, careful stock handling • Able to read pick lists and operate an RF scanner • Minimum 1-2 years' warehouse forklift experience 2+ years on the tools preferred. $25 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
