Requirements: • 2+ years' experience fabricating uPVC windows and doors • Confident on the double-mitre saw, welder and corner-cleaning machine On a typical shift you will check the frame for square by measuring the diagonals; read the cutting list and optimisation sheet and label each profile; take site measurements of openings before fabrication; fit espagnolette locking gear, friction hinges, handles and keeps to the sash; drill drainage and pressure-equalisation slots in the outer frame.
