Now hiring: chef de partie (Osun State)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a chef de partie in Oriade, Osun State. You will be based at a cloud kitchen. Day to day you will cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch. What we are looking for: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays 4+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
