Shakeout operator — Leh

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a shakeout operator in Leh, Ladakh. We are looking for physically fit to lift heavy moulding boxes and castings; willing to wear full PPE such as heat-resistant apron, spats and visor; willing to work in hot, dusty conditions and rotating shifts. You will apply mould coatings and dress the mould cavity; tap the furnace and transfer the metal to the ladle; fettle and grind castings to remove flash and rough edges; cut off risers, runners and gates with a grinder or torch; check melt temperature with a pyrometer before pouring; operate the sand muller and the reclamation plant. At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Contact us to fix an interview.
