Immediate opening: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Wayne County, New York. You will dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; season and marinate meat on request; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts. Ideal candidate: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths 1+ years on the tools preferred.
