Horizontal milling machine operator — Hathras

Now hiring: we are hiring a horizontal milling machine operator in Hathras, Uttar Pradesh. You will be based in a CNC machining unit. You should have: • Able to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges On the job you will handle: • Carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance • Keep in-process inspection records and log production counts • Monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters • Machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing • Deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery • Set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe Rotating shifts.
